REFUNDS
Tickets may be fully refunded up to two days prior to departure. After this time, no refund will be provided. Changes to cruise date or time also require two days notice.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS
All cruises are weather dependent. The Blue Heron Company Limited reserves the right to cancel at any time without notice due to inclement weather conditions including but not limited to strong winds and/or thunderstorms. In the event of cancellation, pre-purchased tickets can either be rebooked or will be refunded in full.

NATIONAL PARK ENTRY FEES
Every person stopping on Flowerpot Island is subject to National Park entry fees. These fees are remitted to Fathom Five National Marine Park and help to cover the upkeep costs of the island. The cost of the entry pass for the 2024 season is $7.65 plus HST per person 18+ and is automatically added to your order when booking with us at Blue Heron Cruises. If you are a National Park passholder, this fee can be refunded at any of our ticket booth locations, prior to your cruise departure, upon presentation of a valid Parks Pass.

Tickets must be either shown on your device upon boarding or picked up in advance at any one of the Blue Heron Cruises
ticket office locations. If on the day of your cruise, you will not have access to your email confirmation and the attached tickets, please stop at one of our ticket locations to pick up your tickets. Tickets must be picked up 60 minutes prior to departure time. If you cannot find the tickets in your email after you receive your confirmation number, please check your spam/junk email folder.

BOARDING YOUR CRUISE

Please have your ticket attachment open and ready to be scanned upon boarding.

MISSED BOATS
All cruises depart promptly at their scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for missed boats.
