About the Blue Heron Company

The Blue Heron Company is a family run business, located in Tobermory, Ontario and is going into its 58th year of operation. The Blue Heron Company consists of three retail stores, motel & cottage rentals and boat cruises, including glass bottom boats to Flowerpot Island and the shipwrecks. The goal of the Blue Heron Company has always been to provide people with quality services and merchandise. The only way to guarantee that this happens is with great staff! Your friendliness, enthusiasm and service make our customers’ visit the best possible.

Seasonality

The Blue Heron Company operates seasonally from May through October, with July and August being our busiest months. Start dates are flexible, with opportunities typically beginning between mid-May and early July. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, depending on the role and applicant availability.

Hiring Process
